Our pricing is very simple:
- Our fee is $75 per hour for all repair services.
- There is a minimum of thirty minutes ($37.50) for a service call.
- After the first thirty minutes we charge in 5-minute increments. We do NOT have a trip charge.
Some services are best done in our office to save you time and money. For these services you are only billed for time on task, billed in 5-minute increments.
Having services done in our office can save you 50% or more of the total cost of the service. This is possible because we can multi-task on several computers at the same time and not have to wait in your home while programs are updating or scans are being run.
For in office repairs or set-up there is a $15 charge for drop off and delivery of your computer.
We offer maintenance plans to help save you money and catch trouble before too much damage is done. We save time by setting up your computer to be easy to maintain, and charge you a lower rate for regular maintenance visits.
Our maintenance plans give you 2 hours of service at a very reasonable price so that you can keep your computers in top condition with regular check ups. A service call to clean 2 home computers and perform regular maintenance could cost as much as $300. With the plan it would cost only $110 dollars
