Take an active role in helping you manage, budget and plan your IT needs.
Create a maintenance plan that supports your needs.
Maintain critical documentation of your network to ensure passwords, configuration settings and software keys are readily at hand when needed.
Make ourselves available for day-to-day questions and advice.
Offer training, network disaster planning and website service so that all of your IT needs can be addressed in one place.

We do not have low-level technicians on our staff. All our staff are experienced IT professionals with small business experience.

We understand and address how computer problems can effect your business, your bottom-line and your sanity!

Basic

- 20 pt. monthly inspection
- 2 hrs minimum monthly
- no contract

Full

- 20 pt. monthly inspection
- 1 fileserver maintenance
- data backup maintenance
- 1 hr phone or admin support
- IT plan analysis and report every 6 months
- Full network documentation - 10% off hourly rates

Premium

*Everything in the Full package plus:
- Small business server maintenance
- 1 Backup system
- Additional 2 hrs phone or admin support
- IT plan analysis and report every 4 months
- No pick-up/drop-off fees
- 15% off hourly rates
